Rock Cutting Method

Rock Cutting Method

The rock mass cutting method is a technique for excavating rock in layers. The thickness of each layer typically ranges from 5 to 30 cm, and the effects of excavating in layers are as follows: 【Features】 ● It does not loosen the rock surface being excavated. ● Due to the effect of excavating thin layers of rock, it produces less noise and vibration compared to general hard rock excavation methods. ● By controlling the thickness of the layers being excavated, the size of the excavated rock can be determined as desired. ● In the case of surface cutting machines, there are no irregularities on the excavation surface, making it easy for vehicles to pass. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

[NETIS Registration] No worries about oil leaks! Concrete cutting method underwater.

Achieving cost reduction for oil leak measures and alleviating work load in waterfront and underwater construction without using hydraulic equipment. Since no waste oil is generated, environmentally friendly construction is possible.

The water pressure-driven cutting and drilling method 'ECOA' eliminates work stress caused by oil leaks and achieves cost reduction for countermeasures. It is a drilling machine equipped with a water pressure-driven motor. With the water pressure-driven 'ECOA', there is no need for oil leak countermeasures that are essential for water's edge and underwater construction using hydraulic equipment, allowing for stress relief for workers and cost savings on countermeasures. Additionally, all construction is carried out by our group's divers, so there is no need for customers to arrange for divers. Since no hydraulic oil is used, there is also no need for waste oil disposal. 【Features】 ■ Does not use hydraulic motors ■ No need for oil spill countermeasures in water's edge and underwater work ■ No need for waste oil disposal since no hydraulic oil is used ■ No need for customers to arrange for divers *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

NS cutting method

Cutting technology for installing seismic-resistant joints

The "NS Cutting Method" is a seismic retrofitting technique that installs seismic flexible joints (secondary products) at the connection points between existing pipes and rehabilitated pipes (composite pipes) and manholes, assuming Level 2 seismic motion. It is a method for enhancing the seismic resistance of existing pipes and rehabilitated pipes (composite pipes) against extraction, protrusion, and bending. This method can be implemented without regard to the construction procedures before and after pipe rehabilitation, minimizing traffic disruption in a compact work area, and allowing for safe and smooth construction through remote operation using a control panel installed on the ground. 【Scope of Application】 ■ Applicable Pipe Types - Reinforced concrete pipes, ceramic pipes - Rigid PVC pipes, rehabilitated pipes (composite pipes) ■ Applicable Pipe Diameter: 200 to 700 mm ■ Applicable Manholes - Oval: 900 × 600 mm - Inner Diameter: 900 to 1500 mm - Wall Thickness: 250 mm or less - Manhole Cover Rating: 600 or more *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
